Grand Tour

About this tour
From alpine lakes to ancient Silk Road valleys — experience Central Asia's last untouched frontier. Kyrgyzstan is a country built for explorers. In just one week, you'll cross high mountain passes on horseback, sleep in yurts under skies with more stars than you've ever seen, swim in a lake older than the Himalayas, and eat fresh bread pulled from a tandoor by families who've lived the same way for centuries. This isn't a tour — it's a route through a country that hasn't learned to perform for tourists yet. Everything here is real. Day 1 — Bishkek: Arrive in the capital. Walk Ala-Too Square, wander Osh Bazaar for honey, kurut, and dried fruits. Evening dinner at a modern Kyrgyz restaurant — think beshbarmak reimagined. Day 2 — Bishkek → Burana → Karakol: Drive east along the northern shore of Issyk-Kul. Stop at the Burana Tower, an 11th-century Silk Road minaret. Arrive in Karakol by evening — a frontier town with a wooden mosque and a Russian Orthodox cathedral side by side.
